In this role, you will drive the design, development, and enhancement of ARIS Flows — our next-generation AI-powered workflow automation engine — working closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and customer support to translate complex business requirements into cutting-edge technical solutions Essential Functions: Technical implementation of innovative UI components for the ARIS Flows visual builder, including canvas interactions, trigger configuration, and flow step authoring Build and evolve AI-assisted authoring experiences: surfaces where LLM-generated suggestions, flow previews, and contextual recommendations meet the user Apply AI-assisted development practices throughout the full software lifecycle: using tools like Claude Code for component generation, automated testing, accessibility review, and localization Support the entire product lifecycle, from requirements analysis to testing and cloud deployment Work in an Agile software development process in international, cross-site teams Collaborate closely with UX experts to translate designs into pixel-accurate, accessible, high-performance React components Enhancement and maintenance of existing products Monitor/triage customer issues, troubleshoot and resolve defects Minimum requirements: 3–6 years of experience in frontend/full-stack software developmentStrong proficiency in React and TypeScript, including complex state management (e.g., Redux)Experience building rich interactive UIs — graph/canvas editors, form-heavy configuration panels, or similarHands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot) as part of your daily engineering workflow — not just familiarity, but fluencyExperience with component libraries (Fluent UI or similar), i18n (i18next), and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with Java backends and REST/SOAP APIs is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) Benefits: 20–25 days' annual leave depending on eligibility, plus up to 5 additional loyalty days for tenure.Employer-funded supplementary pension (DDS / third pillar), increasing with each year of service Company sick-pay top-up to full salary during long-term illnessAnnual bonus opportunity linked to individual and company performanceWellness weekend every three years — a spa/wellness stay with a company contribution, plus an extra paid dayExtended medical check-up every two years, with a paid day off for Weekly English and German language lessonsMonthly meal allowance and gift vouchersCompany laptop and secure IT setupStatutory maternity, paternity and parental leave.
