A space designed to inspire creativity, innovation and meaningful connection.Job DescriptionImplementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automated testing solutions for enterprise software systems based on one or more technologies or products.Collaboration with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to understand product requirements and define comprehensive test strategies.Conception, design, and development of scalable test automation frameworks, reusable test components, and reliable quality engineering solutions.Independent and self-responsible implementation and quality assurance of product increments, including test automation, CI/CD integration, security and compliance testing, and defect management.Development and execution of automated UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.Root cause analysis, defect tracking, quality risk assessment, and continuous improvement of testing processes.Creation and maintenance of test strategies, test cases, quality metrics, and technical documentation as part of a software development project.You build it – you test it – you run it.QualifikationenQualificationsMinimum of 6 years’ working experience in software testing, quality assurance, test automation, or a related field is required.Education minimium Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.Mandarin speakerExperienceExperience with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional product teams.Strong hands-on experience in UI and API test automation.Experience with free and open-source technologies and enterprise tools such as Jira and Confluence.Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.IT, software testing, or programming-related certification is an advantage.
