Description

Job Responsibilities 1, Laboratory Management Perform internal calibration and maintenance of laboratory measuring equipment (pH meter, moisture analyzer, balance scale).Conduct microbial sampling as per customer requirements and cooperate with external thirdparty institutions to issue relevant reports.Conduct regular inspections of laboratory supplies and submit procurement requests as needed to ensure normal laboratory operation.Support the head office in developing management system documents for the Poland warehouse laboratory, and implement them in accordance with relevant requirements.2, Operational quality control Supervise professional thirdparty suppliers to carry out pest control work within the warehouse as required, so as to maintain compliant warehouse conditions.Monitor warehouse environmental conditions including temperature, humidity and sanitation to meet the company’s warehouse requirements.In accordance with warehouse management SOPs and relevant quality management standards, supervise the progress of ongoing quality control activities and implementation status across teams.3, Quality system development Support the Corporate Quality Department of head office in formulating quality management system documents for the European region and Poland warehouse. Provide required local information and documentation, and continuously assist head office to optimize relevant content based on actual operational conditions.Continuously improve operating specifications (Standard Operating Procedures) in response to business development.Manage system documents in compliance with ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 standards.Keep track of local European laws and regulations, supervise operational compliance and mitigate business risks.4, Customer complaint & Audit Management Effectively handle customer complaints using quality management tools (e.g. 8D methodology), supervise implementation of corrective actions to satisfy customer requirements and standards.Manage external audits (customer, governmental, institutional etc.), including document preparation and response to inquiries. Requirements: Hands on testing experience (e.g. moisture and pH testing), with ability to independently collect product samples.Proven experience in handling customer complaints and customer system audits, including document preparation, audit participation and implementation of corrective actions.Competence in calibrating measuring equipment (e.g. pH meter, moisture analyzer, balance scale).Experience and knowledge of system document management under ISO 9001 / ISO 22000 standards.Ability to independently manage pest control activities and sanitationrelated work within a warehouse environment.Proficient in quality management problemanalysis tools (e.g. 8D methodology), capable of producing professional reports and relevant documentation.Capable of investigating customer complaint incidents and supporting head office with complex complaint cases.Holding ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 internal auditor certificates is preferred.Relevant higher education background (Quality Control, Chemistry or Food related disciplines).Business level English communication skills; Germanlanguage proficiency is a plus.
