Software Engineering Manager — Lead software engineering process management and continuous improvement, applying platform engineering methodologies across delivery teams.
Software and Platform Developer — Develop and deploy software using CNCF technologies on classified, airgapped Defence networks with secure DevSecOps pipelines.

Required
Current NV1 security clearance Software development and platform engineering experience (methodology-focused for the Manager role; hands-on CNCF/DevSecOps experience for Developer roles) Experience with classified network and Defence airgapped software development/deployment (Developer roles) Strong process management, mentoring or engineering leadership experience (Manager role)
