Description

We are looking for a Lead Sitecore Developer to provide technical leadership for an enterprise Sitecore migration to Sitecore AI/XM Cloud. The role will own architecture, migration strategy, hands-on development, technical governance and mentoring of the internal development team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Sitecore XP/XM → XM Cloud migration and define target architecture.Design and implement the migration approach and roadmap.Provide hands-on development and technical oversight.Establish development standards, patterns and governance.Assess migration/consolidation/replacement of SearchStax, DAM, PHP applications and Sitecore-integrated platforms.Mentor the internal development team and drive knowledge transfer.Support technical planning, estimation, risk management and decision-making.Produce architecture, migration, technical design and transition documentation.Must-Have Skills: Strong Sitecore XP & XM Cloud experience.Sitecore AI experience.Azure DevOps.Headless architecture.Sitecore Content Hub / DAM.Proven experience leading enterprise CMS migrations.Strong team leadership and mentoring experience.
