We're looking for a curious and innovative Software Engineer to join our engineering team and help build the systems, services and experiences that power customer engagement at scale.
This is an exciting opportunity for a full stack engineer who enjoys working across front-end experiences, backend systems and data flows to deliver high-quality products that create measurable business value.
You'll play a key role in developing and enhancing our customer communication and personalisation capabilities, with a particular focus on our customer engagement platform, Iterable.
You'll collaborate with engineers, product teams, data specialists and business stakeholders to design, build, test and support solutions that improve how we understand, engage and retain our audiences.

What You'll Be Doing

Requirements
We're looking for someone who has:
Commercial experience developing software within modern engineering environmentsStrong JavaScript development skills and experience building full stack applicationsExperience developing, integrating and maintaining APIs, services and backend systemsKnowledge of software design principles and engineering best practicesExperience working with source control, automated testing and CI/CD approachesAn understanding of secure coding, software quality and operational reliabilityExperience troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within complex systemsA collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teamsExperience contributing to code reviews, shared codebases and engineering standardsA passion for continuous learning and developing technical expertise
It would be great if you also have:
Experience with PythonExperience working with customer engagement, marketing automation or personalisation platformsKnowledge of Iterable or similar customer communication platformsExposure to cloud-based services and modern engineering toolingExperience exploring or implementing AI-powered tools within software development workflows
Qualifications
