Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Full Stack Developer 100% remote work B2B 100-120pln/h/net+vat Responsibilities: Participate in structured knowledge transfer and handover activities with the outgoing contractor under NDAReview technical and operational documentation and identify knowledge gapsOrganize and support show-and-tell sessions with technical and business stakeholdersDefine roles, responsibilities, and transition checklistsCreate missing .env.example files and unblock local development activitiesResolve local development proxy issues and ensure successful environment setupEstablish baseline metrics for incidents and engineering effortExecute security remediation activities, including key rotation and credential managementRemove secrets from Git history and audit repositories for exposed credentialsRestrict CORS access and implement rate limiting on authentication endpointsValidate existing security findings and document the security baselineStabilize application environments and development processesInvestigate and resolve production and operational issuesSupport business users by addressing technical blockersImprove application reliability, performance, maintainability, and securityCollaborate with product, business, and technical teams on platform enhancements and growthProvide on-call support until 20:00 on a rotating basis with another developer Requirements: Strong commercial experience with Angular (v2+)Strong knowledge of Laravel and solid experience with PHPStrong TypeScript skillsPractical experience working with MySQLHands-on experience with NgRxProven experience taking over, maintaining, and supporting existing applicationsUnderstanding of web application security best practicesAbility to work independently and drive technical improvementsVery good command of English, both spoken and writtenNice to have: Experience with FirebaseExperience in security audits and remediation activitiesKnowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practicesExperience defining and tracking engineering KPIsExperience working on transition, handover, or system stabilisation projects Offer: Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
