What you’ll do: Build libraries and frameworks to support large, complex web applications. Design and implement new user-facing features for both internal and external clients. Optimise web applications to maximize speed and scale. Write client-side code for web-based applications, creating fast, easy-to-use, high volume production applications, as well as innovative, market-leading prototypes. Work closely and efficiently with our team of industry leading developers, data scientists, and business analysts to deliver high quality enterprise applications. What we’re looking for: You have a background in end-to-end enterprise software delivery and are skilled in the latest web technologies, and web standards. You will have proven experience in all aspects of web development stack including protocols and web server optimization techniques, and are comfortable developing frontend (using ReactJS, NextJS) and backend (using NodeJS, NestJS) components. MongoDB, SQL, Python, and have GenAI experience. You also hold an understanding of the broader software development life cycle, DevOps technologies and are focused on delivering robust, high value software. You have a natural willingness and ability to learn new technologies quickly and thrive off solving complex problems. You have proven experience as a Lead Developer.
