Job Title: Flutter Developer Working Status: Full-Time Job Type: Hybrid (Onsite Office: Banepa) About the Role We are seeking a solution-oriented Flutter Developer with Minimum 3+ years of experience to join our engineering team. You will take ownership of features across the mobile application lifecycle, writing clean, maintainable code using component-based architecture and modern design patterns. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate continuously with our UI/UX Designer, Backend Developers, Tech Lead, and Product Manager to build high-performance, responsive cross-platform applications. Responsibilities Design, build, and deliver mobile application features using Flutter and Dart.Translate Figma UI/UX designs into responsive layouts for mobile and tablet screens.Integrate RESTful APIs, handle JSON payloads, implement local caching, and manage error handling.Implement and configure Firebase services, including Cloud Messaging, Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, and Analytics.Manage client-side push notifications and background alerts (FCM/APNs).Coordinate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers regarding technical requirements and progress. Requirements 3+ years of professional Flutter and Dart development experience.Proficiency in Dart object-oriented programming, clean architecture, and design patterns.Experience with state management frameworks (Bloc, Riverpod, or Provider).Expertise in responsive UI development across mobile and tablet devices.Experience with asynchronous programming, web sockets, and API integration.
