As a Platform Engineer, you will build and maintain robust, scalable Kubernetes-based internal platforms. You will bridge the gap between infrastructure and development, enabling teams to deploy and scale applications seamlessly while abstracting away underlying complexity. What You'll Do Design, implement, and manage production-grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments. Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized application deployment and configuration. Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Implement and optimize GitOps-based continuous delivery workflows using tools like ArgoCD. Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards, resource requirements, and scaling strategies. Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and automated self-healing. What We Are Looking For 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering Proven expertise in designing and managing production-grade Kubernetes clusters Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, specifically Terraform and Helm Hands-on experience implementing GitOps workflows using tools like ArgoCD Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud-native security Strong background in building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.
