Job DescriptionOur UY office is hiring a Fixed Term VIP Team Leader to join their ARM VIP team. This role would be suited to someone with a strong customer service and commercial focus background looking for a new challenge covering a mternal leave term. As a VIP Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and performance of the VIP Executives Management team for Brazilian Market, ensuring high-value players receive an exceptional and personalized service. The role focuses on leading the team to maximize player satisfaction, retention, and overall value, while implementing strategies to protect business revenue coming from VIP players. The VIP Team Leader is a pivotal link between senior management and the VIP team, aligning VIP initiatives with the company’s overall business strategy. Please note this role requires the successful candidate to be professionally fluent in Portuguese (BR) Spanish and English, due to the nature of this role. This role is also based fully in Uruguay.
