This is a full-time on-site position in our North Scottsdale office.

Key Responsibilities
Client Collaboration: Lead client facing development discussions including requirements, defining project scope, and demos Website Development: Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptCustom Development: Develop custom PHP functionalities and API integrations tailored to client needsVPS Server Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain VPS hosting environments for optimal site performance and securityProject Management: Coordinate and manage web project timelines including mockup approvals, acquiring content, reviews, and go live dates SEO & Performance Optimization: Implement best practices for website speed, SEO, and user experienceSecurity & Compliance: Ensure websites are protected from vulnerabilities and comply with web standardsDepartment Leadership: Establish internal processes, frameworks, and best practices to scale the web development team over timeTroubleshooting & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, debugging, and performance enhancements for client websitesCollaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and paid media teams to ensure seamless integration of web assets
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience (5+ preferred) in PHP and WordPress website development.
