By working closely with both sides, you’ll get a strong understanding of the challenges we want to solve and the technology that can help us solve them. You’ll be part of a skilled product team built on trust, autonomy, ownership and continuous improvement. Your time will be split evenly between ONLY Brand House and Brand Tech, putting you close to both the business and the developers building the solutions that support it. YOUR ROLE As our Full Stack Developer, you’ll build, test, break and learn. You’ll spot opportunities where AI and automation can make a real difference, prototype quickly and turn the best ideas into solutions that work in practice. Your key responsibilities include: Partnering with subject matter experts across the business to identify opportunities for AI and automationRunning time-boxed pilot projects to explore potential and test assumptionsIdeating, designing and building AI solutions for specific business use casesTaking the lead on AI practices within the developer team and helping colleagues make the most of new tools and techniquesStaying on top of developments within AI, from technology and data to what it takes to scale solutions successfully. YOUR PROFILE You don’t need 10 years of experience. You might have it, or you might be fresh out of school and already experimenting with AI, building things and testing what the technology can do. What matters is that you know how to develop, you’re genuinely curious about AI and enjoy learning together with others.
