Lead Data DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities Design and maintain data pipelines to ensure smooth and effective data flowImplement automation solutions to enhance deployment processesCollaborate with data scientists to increase data accessibility and usabilityMonitor data systems to identify and resolve performance challengesDevelop and update documentation for workflows and operational proceduresEnsure compliance with industry standards for data security and regulatory requirementsConduct regular evaluations of data systems to ensure reliability and qualityParticipate in team discussions to share progress and contribute to project goalsProvide guidance and support to team members on the use of data tools and methodologies Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in Data DevOps or a related disciplineProficiency in data pipeline tools such as Apache Kafka, containerization technologies like Docker, and cloud servicesDemonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams and collaborative projectsStrong problem-solving abilities in technical and complex environmentsEffective communication skills to encourage teamwork and knowledge sharingAdvanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher) for documentation and collaboration Nice to have Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus for tracking system performanceKnowledge of data visualization platforms such as TableauFamiliarity with Agile methodologies for managing projectsAbility to perform well in fast-paced and high-pressure environmentsStrong interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and teamwork We offer Improved medical coverage - EPAMers are eligible to participate in a supplementary health insurance program that shall have the usual coverage in the industry, with the Company funding 100% of the value of the monthly premium for participationLunch Allowance - You will receive a daily allowance of CLP $ 7,000 per working day.
