The Team and Mission You'd be joining our Infrastructure team within the Platform Engineering division. We're building an AI-native platform for our internal developers, over 150 of them, guided by a single question: does this shorten the time from idea to value, for the teams building on our platform and for the customers they ultimately serve? The smooth path is the safe, fast path, because the platform makes it the default. We build the route that maximizes AI acceleration. What You'll Do Design, build, and evolve our cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS) as code, using Terraform to keep every environment reproducible and legible to both engineers and agentsBuild CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) with guardrails that make agentic releases safe by defaultManage and scale multi-region Kubernetes clustersMaintain and evolve Helm charts and deployment workflows as reusableStrengthen observability, monitoring, logging, and alerting, feeding signal back into AI-assisted remediation and define clear alert ownershipHarden infrastructure security, image scanning, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configurationPartner closely with product engineering teams to support their infrastructure needsEnable developers and agents to deploy and manage services independentlyParticipate in the on-call rotation About You 5+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software engineeringAI-forward: you hold everything you build to an AI-native standardStrong experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP experience transfers well)Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and managing deploymentsProficient with Kubernetes in production environmentsExperience with Docker and containerized applicationsExperience with observability tools, including monitoring, logging, and alerting systemsStrong collaboration skills and the ability to support engineering teamsA strong communicator who can explain platform complexity and trade-offs clearly to stakeholdersExpert-level English, spoken and written.
