The role holder will drive Finance readiness across systems, billing, reporting, reconciliations, accounting, audit, investments and regulatory commitments, while supporting related local and Headquarters Finance initiatives.Close coordination with Sales, Operations, Procurement, IT, Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Taxation and Headquarters teams is essential for the role delivery. Key Responsibilities: VAN CKD Launch & Project Management:· Finance owner for VAN CKD launch and scale-up, including cross-functional planning, timelines, dependencies, risks and stakeholder coordination.· Drive end-to-end Finance readiness and provide hyper-care support during go-live and stabilization.· Coordinate parallel local and Headquarters Finance initiatives impacting the VAN CKD launch and future scale-up. Finance Processes, Systems & Integration:· Anchor the R2R-O2C-P2P interlock and establish new end-to-end processes for billing, reporting, reconciliations and accounting related to VANs· Drive STS infrastructure readiness for VAN-RoTF rollout and required changes across local SAP, SWT and connected central systems.· Lead end-to-end UAT, issue resolution and go-live readiness to support accurate billing and reporting without customer disruption. Project Governance & Stakeholder Management:· Maintain integrated project tracking for milestones, actions, risks, dependencies and decisions across Finance and business workstreams.· Provide clear project status, risks, escalations and decisions required to Finance and business leadership.· Steer timely completion of project Accounting, Controls & Compliance:· Ensure appropriate accounting treatment, process documentation, internal controls and audit readiness for the VAN CKD business.· Track project investments, financial commitments, incentives and grants, including timely realization and management reporting.· Monitor applicable regulatory commitments and coordinate required Finance inputs, evidence and closure of control gaps.
