Lead Frontend Engineer

The Lead Frontend Engineer is responsible for designing, scaling, and ensuring the technical excellence of modern user-facing applications within a growing AdTech platform. This role partners with product managers, UX/UI designers, marketing, and engineering teams to build high-performance web applications focused on digital advertising capabilities. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in frontend technologies, modern web architectures, and user experience optimization, with a deep understanding of data-intensive dashboards, component design, and API integrations. This position plays a key role in delivering intuitive, responsive, and enterprise-grade solutions across advertising, media, and publishing workflows. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $115,000 - $165,000.
