Fluent English (B2 - Upper Intermediate)Experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices, including:SLAs, SLOs, SLIs definition and trackingIncident response, root cause analysis, and post-mortem cultureCommitment to operational excellence and reliability at scale
Strong observability and monitoring skills: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, New Relic, Datadog, ELK stackProficiency with cloud providers: AWS, Azure, GCPContainers and orchestration: Kubernetes (EKS, GKE, AKS, OpenShift), DockerInfrastructure as Code: Terraform (preferred), CloudFormationCI/CD experience: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Azure DevOpsHTTP protocol and related implementations: Apache, NGINX, Varnish, ALB, CDN (e.g., AWS CloudFront)Programming/scripting in Python, Go, JavaScript, and BashExperience with both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis/Valkey, Cassandra, Memcached)Strong understanding of cloud security best practicesSolid grasp of networking concepts
