As an IT Software Solutions Engineer, you will:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain business-critical applications.
Enhance existing systems through automation, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot production issues while ensuring application performance, security, and reliability.
Collaborate with business users, developers, project managers, and IT teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Produce technical documentation and support knowledge-sharing across teams.
Explore emerging technologies—including AI—to improve software quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.Equivalent practical experience is also valued.Experience
