Top Talent Recruitment is working with an established company in Cyprus to recruit a DevOps Engineer for its IT - DevOps team in Limassol. The role focuses on configuration, environment, change and release management, with responsibility for automation, deployment stability and production reliability. Position: DevOps Engineer Location: Limassol, Cyprus Work model: On-Site Employment type: Full-Time (Only for candidates residing in Cyprus or EU Nationals, no visa support) DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Automate provisioning, configuration, installation and monitoring across environmentsEnsure consistent software versions and configuration standardsConfigure new servers according to agreed standardsImplement automation for configuration changesManage and maintain all environmentsTroubleshoot environment issues and ensure stability and availabilityAutomate consistent environment provisioning and changes in collaboration with other teamsManage the change and release process and identify and introduce improvementsFacilitate CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetingsIdentify risks and dependencies within the release cycleImprove software release cycle times and remove blockersUndertake release deployments and rollbacks during approved operational release windowsParticipate in the weekend on-call rotationIdentify and escalate operational issues when requiredWork closely with Development, Infrastructure and Network Security teams to ensure production and system reliability following release deployments. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE positionHands-on experience with both Windows and Linux serversComfortable working with terminal and command-line environmentsExperience configuring custom/in-house Windows services and IIS websitesExperience working with AWSExperience with Infrastructure as Code using CloudFormation or TerraformExperience with configuration management and provisioning using AnsibleKnowledge of Kubernetes/EKSExperience with ArgoCD is an advantageScripting experience with Bash, PowerShell or PythonExperience with GitLab CI or similarBasic knowledge of networking concepts including protocols, ports, firewall rules and subnettingGood command of English, both verbal and writtenWillingness to participate in weekend on-call rotation.
