Full Stack Engineer - AI Systems 📍 Remote (U.S.) 💰 Salary Range: $160,000 - $250,000 base salary + equity (Final compensation determined by experience, skills, and market factors.) What You'll Do: Build end-to-end product features across frontend, backend, and AI systemsDesign and implement multi-step agent workflows that can plan, execute, recover from failures, and complete complex tasksIntegrate LLMs, retrieval systems, memory architectures, and external tools into production applicationsCreate highly responsive AI experiences featuring streaming responses and real-time interactionsImprove platform reliability, observability, monitoring, and resiliencyCollaborate closely with product, machine learning, and backend engineering teamsContinuously iterate on AI workflows based on user behavior, performance metrics, and real-world outcomesHelp establish engineering patterns and best practices for scalable AI products What We're Looking For: 4+ years of professional software engineering experienceStrong full stack development experience across frontend and backend systemsExperience designing APIs and scalable distributed systemsHands-on experience building AI-powered applications, LLM integrations, RAG systems, agents, or workflow orchestration platformsStrong proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web frameworksExperience with Python for backend services and AI integrationsAbility to thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving requirementsStrong ownership mindset with a passion for taking products from concept to production Preferred Experience: Agentic AI systemsRetrieval Augmented Generation (RAG)OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMsKubernetes and DockerReal-time applications and streaming architecturesObservability and production monitoringSQL and NoSQL databasesCloud-native application development Technology Stack: Next.jsPythonNode.jsPyTorchOpenAI / Anthropic / Open Source LLMsSQL & NoSQL DatabasesKubernetesDocker Why Join?
