The Development Engineer will design, build and support FrameWorks, the Group's in-house multi-tenant ERP, and the systems that connect to it.

A central part of this role is rebuilding functionality from our legacy frontends as new web and mobile applications, alongside developing new modules, building integrations with third-party finance and business systems, and supporting the onboarding of newly acquired companies onto the platform.
This is hands-on, end-to-end development work with real ownership: the systems you build are used every day by companies across the Group.
We operate an AI-assisted development workflow using AI code tools.
All code, AI-assisted or otherwise, goes through peer review and formal change control.
You will be expected to use these tools well and to stand over everything you release.
FrameWorks currently includes legacy Microsoft Access and PowerApps frontends which are being deprecated, this role builds their replacements.
