What we're looking for:
7+ years of experience as a Java Back-End Developer, building and maintaining enterprise applications with Spring Boot, Spring Security, and REST APIsStrong experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures, including messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQSolid background working with relational and/or NoSQL databases and data modelingHands-on experience with Kubernetes, container technologies, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, and contract testing)Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) to support code quality, testing, documentation, and productivityExperience with Git and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)Tertiary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldFluency in English (at least a B2 level)
