Job DescriptionAs a Supply Operations Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the operational performance and Customer Experience of Glovo in Serbia.
You will own the end-to-end Supply strategy, making key decisions that determine how efficiently we scale our operations, how fast and reliably we serve our customers, and ultimately how competitive we are in the market.
Your mission is simple but ambitious: build the most efficient Supply operation in the market.
You will balance speed, availability, cost and courier earnings - optimizing Cost Per Order (CPO) while ensuring we continue to deliver a fast, reliable and competitive service.
You will operate at the intersection of strategy, analytics and execution, turning complex operational data into clear decisions and scalable solutions.
You will lead and develop a team of two Operations Analysts, building a high-performing analytical engine that helps the business understand problems, identify opportunities and move faster.
This is a role with significant business impact and ownership.

THE JOURNEY
Operational Performance & Supply Excellence: Own core Supply metrics (Delivery Time, Choice Index / Shrinking Reduction, Utilization Rate), executing operational strategies to ensure a fast, highly reliable service for customers.Balanced Unit Economics: Drive continuous unit-cost improvements to meet company profitability targets while protecting courier Earnings per Hour (EpH) to maintain fleet satisfaction and partner retention.Team Leadership & Capability Development: Lead, mentor, and empower a focused team of two direct reports (1 Operations Excellence Analyst and 1 Senior Operations Excellence Analyst), instilling quantitative data-driven standards and driving their professional growth.Cross-Functional Local Execution: Partner closely with local Commercial, Q-Commerce, and Finance teams to maintain transparency around operational challenges and platform updates, while co-developing business growth plans aligned with P&L and Supply targets.Global Alignment & Local Advocacy: Serve as the local operational anchor to central functional leads (Global Logistics, Profitability, Rider Excellence & Experience, and Forecasting), proactively escalating operational risks, sharing feedback, and negotiating localized solutions.Data-Driven Experimentation: Design, pilot, and scale localized operational initiatives to test hypotheses before full deployment.
