Frontend Software Engineer

Title: Front end Software Engineer Location: Marlboro, MA – 3 days onsite – will be moving to 4 days! Length: 12 month contract (benefits start day one) Pay: $45-62/hr (2 openings) Required Skills & Experience · 3-5 years of proven experience as a Front-End Software Engineer or similar role. · Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles. · Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux). · Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related web technologies. · Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with back-end services. · Knowledge of version control systems such as Git. · Position is based in Marlborough, MA. Position is hybrid, 50% in office Nice to Have Skills & Experience · Experience with back-end technologies, particularly .NET Core. · Experience with medical imaging technologies. · Experience with localization. · Experience with TypeScript. · Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (TeamCity, NPM, etc.). · Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance related to medical devices. · Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks such as Selenium or Jest. · Previous experience with JIRA. · Previous experience in an Agile/Scrum environment. · Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). · Experience within the medical device industry Job Description Our client is a Global Medical Device Company headquartered in Marlborough, MA. The React Software Engineer will play a critical role in supporting the software component of the company's digital cytology product as it evolves from it's current version, Version1 to Version2. Responsibilities will be focused on frontend development, utilizing React to implement updates on current web based and desktop based applications as well as working through development of the next generation systems. The ideal candidate will have experience developing a dynamic software application and will have integration, cloud, and AI experience.
