Description

Full Stack Software Engineer Background: Our client is a Revenue Activation Platform: an agentic operating system for sales organizations. As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will design, build, and deploy production applications spanning the full stack, with complete ownership of your work from development through deployment and operational support. Core Responsibilities Full-stack application development. You will build and ship features across the frontend and backend, working in TypeScript throughout the stack: Next.js and React on the client side, and Node.js/NestJS REST APIs on the server side, backed by PostgreSQL and MongoDB data stores.Infrastructure and delivery. You will support and extend the company's AWS infrastructure, deployment strategies, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliable, repeatable paths from commit to production.Production ownership. You will deploy your own code and hold accountability for its behavior in production, diagnosing incidents, remediating root causes, and driving architectural improvements end to end when structural issues surface. Collaboration and Influence You will work in close partnership with the founders and the broader engineering organization. Beyond execution, you will have substantive input into product and technical direction, shaping not only how the team builds, but what it builds next.
