Due to our continued growth, we are now recruiting for a DevOps Engineer for CI/CD to join our team in Gothenburg, Sweden. The role The Software Framework & DevOps team enables software delivery across the Propulsion & Energy organization. We build, maintain and continuously improve the CI/CD ecosystem used by engineering teams developing embedded automotive software. Our mission is to simplify and automate software development and delivery by providing scalable toolchains, development workflows, release automation, traceability and developer enablement services. We work closely with Software Developers, Architects and System Teams to establish efficient and reliable software delivery processes. Responsibilities You will be part of a team that has a broad impact across the organization by enabling engineers to develop, integrate and release software efficiently and safely. The role combines software development, infrastructure engineering, developer experience and organizational collaboration, making it ideal for engineers who enjoy both technical depth and cross-functional impact. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be a key contributor in developing and operating the software development and delivery platform used across multiple software development departments. Design, develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and supporting automation.Maintain and improve development infrastructure and toolchains.Develop tooling and integrations, primarily using Python and scripting.Own and improve software build, integration and release workflows.Support and onboard development teams to common CI/CD ways of working.Drive automation initiatives that reduce manual effort and increase delivery quality.Work with traceability across requirements, software artefacts and releases.Produce documentation, training material and user guidance.Collaborate with stakeholders across Propulsion & Energy Teams and development organizations.Contribute to technical strategy and the implementation of evolving DevOps capabilities.Support continuous improvement of engineering productivity and software quality.
