Unlike VC-backed competitors burning cash, they’re uniquely the only company in their niche profitable for 15 straight years. They're launching a new backend department for major upcoming greenfield projects. They want to moving beyond calendar syncs into intelligent time-manipulation engines and complex orchestration. 8 Java Engineers in total (4 Seniors & 4 Staff-Principles). What they need: Senior/Staff/Principal background with heavy Java experience. High-concurrency distributed systems experience (Kafka, Postgres, microservices).
