Front-End Developer, FX Options Pricing

Citi FX Technology is looking for a Front End Developer in the Options Pricing Technology team. The individual in this role will work on a suite of existing pricing, market data apps and also contribute to the design and development of Strategic Options Pricing platform. The individual will work with other technology team members based in Singapore, Canada and London. This is a hands-on role and requires someone with a strong development background. We are seeking a front-end application developer to play a key role on a greenfield multiyear transformation program aimed at modernizing and scaling the electronic FX Options Trading Business Responsibilities: Contribute to the design and development of the electronic FX Options Trading Platform specializing in:RFQ (Request for Quote) client or sales to trader workflowStreaming pricesVolatility Surface and other market data managementStructured Product Pricing workbenchCollaborate with a global team of developers, quants and traders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutionsLeverage your expertise in Typescript & React to build high-performance, scalable applicationsCreate intuitive and responsive React web UIs that enhance user experienceContribute to the continuous improvement of development, deployment and testing processes Required Skills: Experience in React UI/UX development with TypeScript (Angular or Vue.js experience would also be considered)Good understanding of inter-application communication using REST, WebSocket or middleware like Solace/Kafka/TibcoProficiency in CI/CD, application resiliency, testing, profiling, and telemetry Nice to have: Familiarity with OpenFin, Interop or other containerized front end frameworksJava, C#.NET or Python experienceKubernetesExperience working in finance technology is a plus, but not required This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
