SAP BTP Developer

SAP BTP Developer (SAPUI5 / Fiori / CAP) 12 month contracts | Remote, Poland | Multiple positions (up to 10 needed) We're building a team of SAP BTP developers for a large enterprise SAP programme, working across custom application development, extensions and integration on the Business Technology Platform. This is a hands-on build role. You'll design and develop applications against the organisation's UI and UX standards, write the technical specifications that translate business requirements into deliverable design, and take those developments through to a working, secure, well documented result. What you'll be working with The core of the work is SAPUI5 and Fiori freestyle development alongside CAP application development on BTP, using Node.js. You'll be working in Business Application Studio, building with the Cloud Application Programming Model and Core Data Services, and connecting BTP services out to S/4HANA and third party systems. Around that sits the platform engineering side. Application Routers, CI/CD pipelines, BTP security including XSUAA, Fiori Launchpad configuration and administration, and the troubleshooting work that comes with running applications in a live landscape using logs, traces and monitoring tooling. What we're looking for Eight or more years of recent, hands-on SAPUI5 and Fiori freestyle development plus CAP on BTP. Strong JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and Node.js. Real depth in CDS rather than passing familiarity, and a working understanding of BTP security concepts and secure development practice. Exposure to SAP Build Process Automation or the AI and GenAI capabilities on BTP is a genuine advantage rather than a box tick, as that side of the platform is growing on this programme. You'll be working across cross functional teams, so the documentation, communication and knowledge sharing side matters. This isn't a role where you can build in isolation and hand it over.
