Your Role As a Creative Developer, you will: Convert client-supplied storyboards, briefs, and PSD/design files into pixel-perfect responsive HTML websites, landing pages, and interactive rich media display/social media ad units.Implement complex JavaScript and Lottie animations to create smooth, high-impact interactive experiences that captivate target audiences.Integrate API endpoints, including connections for AI work, while ensuring cross-platform compatibility and WCAG accessibility compliance.Collaborate directly with clients and Team Leads to gather project requirements, provide creative input, annotate design specs, and update progress.Maintain design and development assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat) and Figma, following clean HTML, CSS, and JS best practices.  What You Need Non-negotiables Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in online front-end development, specifically producing responsive sites and rich media ad units.Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and creating smooth interactive animations using JavaScript and the Lottie Library (JSON). Hands-on expertise with design and prototyping tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Acrobat) and Figma.Experience with API endpoint integrations and building WCAG-compliant digital deliverables.Excellent soft skills, including strong written and verbal English communication, creative problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and a client-focused mindset. Preferred Skills/expertise Experience working within a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or fast-paced agency environment handling direct client interactions.Familiarity with CMS platforms like Prismic CMS and WordPress, as well as WYSIWYG editors.Experience with QA testing, optimization, and technical documentation of design specifications.Competency in MS Excel for project tracking, timeline management, and reporting.
