About the Role
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer / Platform Security & Governance Engineer to help strengthen security, compliance and governance across Microsoft Power Platform and cloud environments.
In this role, you will translate security, compliance and risk requirements into practical technical controls, governance frameworks and solutions.
You will work closely with platform administrators, development teams and business stakeholders to ensure Power Platform environments are secure, compliant and scalable.
The role has a strong focus on Power Apps governance, with opportunities to extend governance practices across Power BI/Fabric and Copilot Studio.
Key Responsibilities
Provide hands-on technical support for teams migrating Power Apps from Teams environments to Enterprise environments.Implement and improve Power Platform governance and security controls.Translate compliance, security, risk and governance requirements into technical controls, templates and decision frameworks.Support CI registration, SRMP alignment and security requirements for enterprise environments.Maintain and improve DevOps pipelines and platform backend components.Support the security and maintenance of gateway servers and Non-Personal Accounts (NPAs).Monitor vulnerability dashboards and coordinate remediation activities.Support release management and ensure security requirements are incorporated into platform releases.Contribute to governance strategies for Power BI/Fabric and Copilot Studio.Assess new Microsoft and AI capabilities and help enable them securely within enterprise environments.Collaborate with administrators, engineers, security teams and business stakeholders to ensure platform compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Security or Platform Governance.Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps.Experience with Power Platform administration, engineering or governance.Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, DLP and cloud security concepts.Experience translating security, compliance or risk requirements into technical controls.Understanding of governance, compliance, security controls and risk management for enterprise platforms.Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines.Experience working with enterprise security and compliance processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent English communication skills.Nice to Have
