Visit our website: Heineken (heineken-dt.pl) Your Responsibilities Would Include overseeing the implementation of cloud infrastructure solutions following architectural guidelines and standards defined by the Tribe Architectworking with the Global Cloud Team and Product Owner to understand, analyse, and translate stakeholders’ requirements and user stories into feasible technical solutions and configurationsselecting, designing, building, deploying and overseeing maintenance of infrastructure automation solutions using Infrastructure as Code (with HCP Terraform – preferred or one of the following tools: Azure Bicep, ARM templates, AWS CloudFormation)owning technical quality for Global Cloud deliverables: drives engineering best practices, manages technical debt, identifies bottlenecks, and continuously improves performance, reliability and cost efficiencysupporting teams in implementing shared solutions and setting technical directions with the required quality and performance standardsdriving the implementation of compliance and security controls for solutions deployed in public cloud environmentsorchestrating the resolution of production incidents and support root cause analysis (RCA)identifying and resolves bottlenecks, managing support solutions and processescollaborating with development teams and external vendors to ensure successful integration and operation of cloud servicesoperating as a self organising team member in an Agile environmentdemonstrating product features during sprint reviews to stakeholdersdevelopment of talent & coaching by mentoring (junior) engineers on (cloud) engineering best practices cloud and guide their career growth e.g. toward cloud certifications (Security, Solutions Architect etcconducting regular 1-on-1 meetings focusing on individual performanceevaluating and assessing performance based on the agreed priorities in delivery and professional development (e.g. reduction of cloud security risks and optimization of cloud spend)delivering continuous feedback on how well product team members collaborate with other product teams, like security and application product teamsthe hiring & onboarding of specialists and new hires on internal compliance standards, landing zone architectures, and risk mitigation.leading a community of practice to standardize cloud engineering best practicespromoting an Engineering culture and mindset (e.g. "Security and Governance as Code" rather than manual policing)advocating for the chapter’s needs, securing budget for cloud governance toolsets and continuous trainingmonitoring employee wellbeing, workload balance, and engagement levels, taking proactive actions when support is requiredsupporting employees through organizational changes, transformations, and new ways of workingacting as an escalation point for people-related topics, conflicts, and development challenges. You Are a Good Candidate If You Have have a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).have 10+ years' experience in a similar role within an international environment (FMCG industry would be advantage).have expertise in one or multiple technologies listed in Functional Capabilities or similar technologies, or the ability to quickly learn them.have a strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesare Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)are Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)have HashiCorp Terraform Associate Certification.
