Description

6,000+ Customers. 300+ Integrations. One Voice for the Brand. You are a high-performer. You don't need someone hovering over your shoulder to tell the difference between good copy and copy that converts. You understand SaaS marketing, but more importantly, you understand data , and you know how to make it sound human. At Windsor.ai, we are growing fast. We have a lean, hyper-efficient team that punches way above its weight, serving over 6,000 customers globally. We connect data from 300+ sources (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Salesforce, TikTok) to 30+ destinations (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, BigQuery, Snowflake, and LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude). Now, we are looking for the person who will own our content function. This isn't a role where you inherit a fifteen-person editorial team and a content calendar someone else built. It's a strategic hire for someone who wants to build the function properly , the audience is there, the product is proven, and the traffic opportunity is real. You'll bring the structure. The RoleThis is not a typical content role where you assign blog topics off a keyword list and pass them to a writer. This is for the "Technical Content Lead. Our best content people aren't just great writers; they've sat in a marketer's or analyst's seat before. They know the pain of manually stitching together ad spend and conversion data across platforms , because that's exactly the pain our product solves. They can write about APIs, ETL, and dashboards without making a reader's eyes glaze over.Your Typical Day:Strategy & Planning: Own the content roadmap and editorial calendar across the blog, integrations pages, and comparison content , built to drive organic signups, not just traffic.Team Leadership: Recruit, brief, and manage a bench of freelance and in-house writers who can go deep on marketing data, analytics, and integrations without a technical babysitter.Editing & Quality Control: Review and sharpen every piece before it ships. Technically accurate, on-brand, and written the way our customers actually talk.Performance Analysis: Track organic traffic, rankings, and signup attribution (using the same kind of tools we sell) to double down on what's converting and kill what isn't.Who You AreYou thrive on independence. You don't want to be a cog managing a request queue; you want your content to show up directly in the signup and pipeline numbers. The Non-Negotiables:SaaS Content Experience: A track record building or scaling content programs at a software or martech company, with real growth numbers to show for it.Technical Fluency: You can read a product doc about API integrations, data pipelines, or dashboards and turn it into content a marketer or analyst actually wants to read.People Management: You've led or managed writers and freelancers before , briefing, editing, and holding a bar, not just assigning and hoping.Bonus Points:Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, or Looker Studio/Power BI , you understand our customers because you've used tools like ours yourself.Experience writing for a data, analytics, or marketing-technology audience.Basic SQL knowledge (helpful for BigQuery/Snowflake content, but not required). We believe in rewarding performance. Our team is small, elite, and highly compensated.Competitive Pay: A strong base with upside tied to organic growth performance.Fully Remote: Work from anywhere.Global Connection: We organize quarterly team trips (mainly to Europe) where top performers connect, meet the rest of the team, and celebrate wins.Strategic Impact: You are the voice of Windsor.ai. Your work will shape how 6,000+ customers , and the next 6,000 , first understand what we do.
