About The Role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will help your team architect, design, develop, and deploy scalable internal products that include both backend services and user-facing interfaces.
You’ll mostly work with Node.js, React, and TypeScript – though prior experience with Node.js is not required.
Collaboration with internal stakeholders will be key to building thoughtful, maintainable solutions that meet business needs with low operational overhead.
Your work will focus on enhancing our internal task management product, improving the efficiency and reliability of how tasks are distributed and executed.
By building tools that empower agents and streamline operations, you’ll drive meaningful improvements in internal productivity and help the business scale more effectively.
Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Build and maintain modular, high-performance UI micro frontends that are easy to scale and integrateCollaborate with stakeholders to design backend systems and APIs that effectively support evolving business needsLead features and initiatives from idea through successful delivery, working closely with Product to break down scopeContribute to the product roadmap by offering ideas, feedback, and technical insight throughout the development processMentor engineers through code reviews and direct guidance, and set frontend best practices across the team
About You
You have experience of thriving in an environment that has a fast customer-feedback cycle, and having empathy for the end-userYou are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisionsYou have a drive for leading initiatives and features till the end, even if the last mile is the hardestYou have deep frontend expertise in architecting and building modern, production-grade web applications at scale.You feel at home with microservice architecture, and you are experienced in API designYou write clean, secure, and maintainable code and set the technical standard that others on the team build from.
