Your responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Java and Spring BootBuild event-driven applications leveraging Kafka and modern messaging technologiesDevelop workflow and orchestration capabilities supporting complex multi-step business processesIntegrate with internal and external systems, ensuring reliable data exchange across multiple sourcesDesign and optimize data persistence layers using PostgreSQL and other relational databasesImplement robust logging, monitoring, audit, and traceability capabilitiesEnsure application resilience through effective error handling, fault tolerance, and recovery mechanismsParticipate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-makingCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environmentContribute to quality assurance activities, including integration, performance, and security testingLeverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality
Your profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field8-10 years of professional software engineering experienceStrong hands-on experience with Java and Spring BootProven track record of building and operating microservices-based distributed systemsExperience designing and implementing event-driven architectures using Kafka or similar technologiesSolid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous communication patterns, and system integrationStrong experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databasesHands-on experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and modern CI/CD practicesExperience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar solutionsDeep understanding of distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and data consistency patternsExperience delivering production-grade applications in complex environmentsExposure to workflow, orchestration, or process-driven platformsStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skillsExcellent English language skills, both written and spokenProactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and focus on delivering business value
