As a Damage Agent on the Task Force Spain team, you will be responsible for the administrative and operational handling of vehicle damage claims within the Spanish portfolio.
You will work closely with international and local teams, acting as a key point of contact between customers, insurers, expert appraisers, and authorities.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You carry out initial damage assessments on vehicles based on photographs and reports, determining the extent of the claim and the next steps to takeYou manage written correspondence with international customers, insurance companies, police authorities, and law firmsYou commission independent expert appraisals in Spain for the preparation of technical reportsYou actively investigate claims when information is incomplete: gathering data, cross-checking accounts, and clarifying causality, liability, and the circumstances of each incidentYou work closely with internal teams within the Damage Department, contributing with criteria, initiative, and transparency in every caseYou adapt quickly to changes in processes, tools, and workload in a continuously growing environment, including the gradual integration of automation and artificial intelligence tools that support the team's workYOUR SKILLS MATTER
