We're looking for an experienced eCommerce Business Analyst to join our Digital Delivery Team at Accent Group.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and commercially minded Business Analyst to play a key role in delivering digital and eCommerce projects across the business.
You'll work closely with our eCommerce Project Manager and Delivery Team to understand business needs, define solutions and support projects from requirements gathering through to testing and implementation.
What you'll do
Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyse and document business requirementsFacilitate workshops, interviews and discussions to understand business needs and opportunitiesAnalyse current and future state processes and identify gaps and improvementsDevelop business cases, user stories, functional and technical requirementsWork with internal stakeholders and external vendors to define and agree on solutionsSupport requirements traceability, solution acceptance and benefits realisationProvide business analysis support throughout the testing processDevelop and support UAT and SAT plans, including testing and sign-off criteriaCreate clear documentation and support the development of end-user materialsBuild strong relationships across the business and with external technology partners
What we're looking for
You'll bring 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst role, with strong experience working across eCommerce and digital projects, ideally within a retail environment.
