We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer with strong infrastructure and backend skills to own the systems behind our products.
This is a hands-on role combining cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, and production backend development, with AI agents and coding assistants as a core part of your daily workflow.
What You’ll Do:
Build and manage infrastructure on GCP using Terraform;Run and scale production workloads with Kubernetes and Docker;Own CI/CD, deployments, monitoring, logging, and observability;Improve infrastructure reliability, performance, scalability, and cost efficiency;Build internal tools and backend services with TypeScript / Node.js;Work with APIs, queues, background jobs, caching, and service architecture;Own PostgreSQL operations, performance, migrations, and backups;Troubleshoot issues end-to-end across infrastructure, application code, and databases;Use AI agents and coding assistants daily for development, infrastructure, debugging, and automation;Build AI-powered operational tooling and continuously improve AI-driven engineering workflows.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Backend Engineering;Strong hands-on experience with GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform;Strong backend development skills with TypeScript / Node.js;Production experience with PostgreSQL;Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud architecture, Linux, networking, security, and observability;Proven AI proficiency required: AI agents and coding assistants are a primary part of your engineering workflow;Experience with LLM APIs, agentic workflows, MCP, or custom AI agents is a plus;Strong ownership and ability to solve problems independently;Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
