Job Description Develop new workflow applications based on approved business requirements and process designs. Enhance existing workflow applications to improve routing, validation, approval controls, user experience, reporting, and system integration. Support workflow application configuration, role/group mapping, task assignment logic, and user access coordination. Coordinate with IT architecture, user services, middleware, security, and infrastructure teams where integration or technical dependencies exist. Assist Operations in technical feasibility assessment, impact analysis, development estimation, and solution design. Support SIT, UAT, defect fixing, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization. Maintain technical documentation, deployment notes, configuration details, and knowledge transfer records.
