Full Stack Engineer

We have paying enterprise clients and more to build than we have hands for, so we're direct about what this role is: you pick up what matters, figure it out, and ship it. Nobody hands you a perfectly scoped ticket. You'll talk to the person with the problem. You'll work directly with the founders and engineers. No layers, no waiting for specs. Your code hits production this week, not in six months, and real companies use it the same day. Years of experience matter less than what you can ship and how fast you learn. What you'll do Ship features across the full stack in TypeScript. Frontend, backend, integrations. Production code used by real companies.Own problems, not tickets. You figure out the right approach and deliver.Move fast with AI. Use every tool available. We care about the output, not how you got there.Fix what's broken. UI polish, performance, small features that compound. Make the product feel better every week.Build systems, not just features. If you're doing it twice, automate it. How you'll know it's working Features you shipped this month are used by real teams this month.The parts of the product you touched feel faster and cleaner than before you got there.You're picking up problems before anyone assigns them, and the team trusts you with bigger ones. Requirements TypeScript, full stack. React + Node.js. You've shipped something real, even if it was a side project or a startup that didn't work out.AI-native. You build with AI daily.You learn fast. New codebases, new domains, new tools. You don't need a training program, you need access.You care about craft. Loading states, error handling, the thousand small decisions that make software feel good.Low ego, high standards. Bonus Public projects or open source contributions we can look at.Startup experience. You know the rhythm.PostgreSQL, API design, or integration work with third-party tools.Experience with voice, transcription, or conversation data. Stack TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL. This isn't for you if You need a spec before you can start. Here you'll often write the spec yourself, after you've talked to the person with the problem.You treat AI tools as a shortcut for juniors. It's how everyone here works, including the founders.You want to go deep on one narrow layer. This role is full stack for real, and it stays that way. How we work Own it fully.
