Description

As a Senior Backend Engineer focusing on Go and Distributed Systems, you will be part of a high-performance software team acting as a trusted engineering partner for global tech enterprises. Duties and Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain microservices using Go, utilizing Python as a secondary stack.Work on highly available distributed systems running at a global scale.Build and optimize APIs that interact directly with real-time data pipelines.Own the scalability, performance, and reliability across all the services you touch.Take an active part in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and peer reviews. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of solid backend engineering experience.At least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience using Go as your primary language in production work.Strong command of Go concurrency, including goroutines, channels, sync.Mutex, WaitGroup, context, and detecting and fixing race conditions.Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design.Hands-on experience with AWS (specifically ECS, S3, CloudWatch, and similar tools) and PostgreSQL.Proven experience with high-load systems, including the readiness to walk through a past project and discuss what broke at scale.A strong sense of ownership, a real problem-solving mindset, and English proficiency.Experience using Python for services, tooling, or data work.Familiarity with Airflow or another ETL orchestration tool.Background in e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or another high-traffic domain, alongside experience with CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools.
