Description

Experis IT is recruiting a Backend Developer to join the IT team of a leading international industrial company, with a strong global presence and a strong focus on innovation and digital transformation. You will join an international team, working on backend solutions and collaborating with colleagues across Portugal and Germany. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain backend solutions using Java and Spring Boot;Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices;Write automated tests and ensure code quality;Troubleshoot and support applications in production;Collaborate with international teams in an Agile/Scrum environment. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field;2+ years of experience in Java development;Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot and SQL;Experience with REST APIs and microservices;Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools;Knowledge of JUnit/Mockito is a plus;Strong problem-solving and communication skills;Fluent English is mandatory. Portuguese is not required.
