What You’ll Do
Collaborate closely with the backend team to design, implement, and maintain scalable services on AWSBuild and deploy agentic AI pipelines and autonomous agents that power intelligent logistics automationDevelop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) for provisioning, deployment, and automationBuild robust, secure, and high-performance APIs and microservicesContribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, and observabilityEnsure code quality, maintainability, and best practices across the backendWork closely with other engineers and product to deliver integrated, end-to-end solutionsContinuously optimize performance, reliability, and fault-tolerance of backend systems
What We’re Looking For
Hands-On Skills
5+ years of backend development experience with strong OOP languages and frameworks (e.g.
Php/Symfony, Python/Django or FastAPI, Java/Spring, or similar)Practical experience building and scaling services on AWS (ECS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, etc.)Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and database designProven ability to write robust, maintainable, and well-tested codeComfortable collaborating with other engineers to align on architecture and best practicesContainerization and orchestration experience (Docker, ECS, EKS, Kubernetes)Fluent English for clear communication across teams
