Lead DevOps Engineer / OpenShift SME The Mission Architect and lead the deployment of a hardened Red Hat OpenShift cluster on Proxmox VE, serving as the foundational platform for the VLT/Evo system transition from AWS to On-Premise. Core Responsibilities Infrastructure Design Build a high-availability Proxmox environment using Ceph/ZFS for persistent storage and OVS/Linux Bridges for networking. OpenShift Orchestration Perform the end-to-end installation and lifecycle management of OpenShift (UPI/IPI) on the Proxmox hypervisor. Hardened Security Implement IGT-compliant security standards using OpenShift Service Mesh (mTLS), RBAC, and the Compliance Operator. Storage & Integration Configure CSI drivers to provide automated, dynamic volumes (replacing AWS EBS) and integrate with Keycloak/AD. Project Leadership Act as the technical anchor Top Technical Requirements OpenShift Expert Deep experience with OCP administration and cluster hardening. Proxmox Specialist Proficiency in KVM/QEMU, Ceph storage engineering, and Proxmox APIs. Automation Architect Advanced Terraform and Ansible skills for "Infrastructure as Code" on local hardware. Network Engineer Strong grasp of SDN, VLAN tagging, and load balancing in a data center environment.
