About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Principal Front-end Engineer to lead the future of user interface development at Questrade. This strategic, hands-on technical leadership position involves defining and executing the architectural vision for our next-generation front-end applications across mobile and web platforms. The successful candidate will primarily focus on React Native for mobile development and possess strong expertise in Angular for web applications. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will mentor talented developers, champion best practices, and drive innovation to ensure our platforms deliver seamless, high-performance, and world-class user experiences. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and other engineering leaders, to influence product roadmaps and technical strategies.
