Monitor prudential regulatory changes, evaluate their business implications, and translate updates into robust data and system reporting solutions. Collaborate effectively across Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Finance, and IT to ensure data sources are aligned with regulatory requirements. Partner closely with external software providers and Data Engineering and Analytics teams to drive strategic development and enhancements to our reporting platforms and tools. Extensive project management and systems expertise, with a proven track record of leading reporting system enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, vendor implementations, data mapping, ETL processes, and UAT methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interrogate complex datasets, challenge outputs, and deliver actionable management insights. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, able to explain complex regulatory nuances to non-technical audiences and influence across finance, treasury, risk teams, and external vendors.
