This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining internal applications and tools while also supporting partner integrations and operational processes. The ideal candidate enjoys building scalable solutions, solving technical challenges, and working closely with cross-functional teams. What You'll Do • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and internal tools using modern technologies. • Build and enhance frontend and backend solutions to improve operational efficiency and user experience. • Develop APIs, database integrations, and automation solutions to streamline workflows. • Support partner device onboarding and platform integration activities. • Perform technical operations tasks such as registration, whitelisting, and launch readiness support. • Troubleshoot application and platform issues, identifying root causes and implementing fixes. • Collaborate with engineering teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. • Monitor workflows, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders. • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives that increase efficiency and reliability. • Work in a ticket-based environment while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
