Role Overview:
As the Team Lead, reporting to the Head of Software Development, you’ll be the driving force behind our development team’s technical strategy, spearheading the delivery of cutting-edge e-banking and e-wealth solutions.
The selected candidate should be willing to relocate to the specified job location.
Responsibilities:
Design and maintain robust, scalable enterprise back-end solutionsLead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers, championing best practices in code scalability and maintainabilityRecruit and onboard top technical talent to strengthen team capabilitiesDesign and execute unit and performance tests to ensure high-quality deliverablesOwn and enhance code quality standards, focusing on scalable and maintainable solutionsCollaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to implement and deploy innovative featuresCultivate a culture of open communication, encouraging team members to ask questions and voice ideasConduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide personalized guidance, track individual progress, and support career development
Required Skills & Experience:
Expertise in the latest .NET technologies, with a passion for staying on top of new advancementsProficiency with unit testing frameworks and strong experience in multi-threading, concurrency, and caching technologies (e.g., Redis)Hands-on experience with containerization and deployment technologiesFamiliarity with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ and KafkaDeep knowledge of SQL databases (MS SQL and Oracle); familiarity with NoSQL databases is a bonusExperience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab, including GitflowDegree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field6+ years in software development2+ years in a leadership position
