About the Opportunity: The Salesforce Developer designs and implements Salesforce solutions that support critical government programs and business needs. This role translates stakeholder requirements into technical specifications, develops customized Salesforce components and integrations, and supports testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing platform maintenance. Responsibilities: • Design and develop customized Salesforce solutions aligned with project goals and business requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications. • Build and configure Salesforce components, including custom objects, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations. • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems. • Perform unit and integration testing and support user acceptance testing. • Participate in solution deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of technical issues. Requirements: • Professional experience in Salesforce development and implementation. • Proficiency with Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. • Experience developing Salesforce API integrations using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools. • Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX and Visual Studio Code. • Experience using source control systems in Salesforce development environments. • U.S. Citizenship required. • Active security clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance may be required.
